Please see this recent article that highlights the importance of a cardiac emergency response plan. Members from SAC AACN routinely help with the youth heart screenings in our community. Our next engagement is October 6th in Davis. See home page on how to register if you are interested.

At our Courage to Soar Pediatric Conference on October 11th we will also have two speakers that will be presenting on their foundations, Project Adam and the Kyle J Taylor Foundation.

The youth heart screening needs nurses that can do EKGs but also general volunteers as well.

Hi Jodi, may I know if the Youth Heart Screening event in Davis , CA on Oct. 6, 2024 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm is still going to push through please? I am registered to volunteer on that event but I don’t see it posted in the sacaacn.nursingnetwork.com. Thank you.
