Fake BRN Representative and DEA Agent Extortion Scam

Hi- I just heard this from my work. Apparently there are fake BRN and DEA agents calling registered nurses and telling them they are calling about their license and it may be suspended. They are saying that the license may be suspended for illegal drug trafficking.  They are asking for bank information. The phone number called on may show as registered to the BRN office. Please be cautious and stay safe out there.
